Natural Dye and Tea Party!

Have you ever thought about what you could do with the tea leaves after brewing or old teas?

Have you ever wanted to dye something around you, such as onion skins or withered flower petals?

Emi from Rain and Shine Textiles will make that thought a reality, April 23rd Sat at a private garden in Mt Tabor neighborhood!

Silk and cotton clothes dyed with tea leaves and other natural materials by Emi. You can explore different kinds of methods and bring two scarves home with you.

We hope this Gathering will be a day of hands-on craft learning, giving new life to those around us, celebrating Spring, and an appreciation for the ability to socialize in person in our community (which has been difficult over the past two years).

We are really looking forward to meeting new and old friends.

NOTE: Collaborating with other small businesses, especially women's, that share the same interest and awareness is one of the things I have always wanted to do as Soen.

To reduce waste, to re-create with what is familiar, to find small joy in what comes from our hands.

We, from different fields under the same roof, will welcome you in the best way we can.
